President and Shareholder
As founder, president and controlling principal, Bill is ultimately responsible for assuring total customer satisfaction. He focuses primarily on managing the strategic, financial and administrative aspects of individual custom home projects as well as the company’s overall activities. Bill typically chairs weekly progress meetings with customers and key team members to ensure each custom home project is on target, on schedule and on budget. He also maintains ongoing customer contact to make sure every expectation and concern is addressed and resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, and to assure that every homeowner’s new home construction is a very pleasant and rewarding experience from start to finish.

A licensed real estate broker and certified building contractor in Florida, Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and a master’s of business administration from Stetson University. He and his wife, Pam, have two grown children, Andrew and Thomas.

Recognized as one of Central Florida’s most knowledgeable and detail-oriented construction specialists, Alan brings nearly four decades of construction experience to Maroon Fine Homes.

We build each home knowing this will be a special living environment for you and your family for years and perhaps decades to come. To me, the most rewarding personal benefit is the feeling of satisfaction I have when a customer tells me how happy he has been with his home over the years.”
Alan’s credits include one of America’s Best Model Homes from Professional Builder magazine and numerous Parades of Homes winners. He and his wife, Gerry, have two grown children, Justin and Allison, and five grandchildren.
